Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. Official notification of our acceptance of your order will be made in the form of an electronic or printed order acknowledgment. Please review this acknowledgment carefully for accurate details and correct pricing. Orders can be changed up to 2 (two) calendar days from the date of the order acknowledgment but not after shipment. Changes must be submitted in writing and changes sent after orders are shipped will not be accepted. Some orders will ship very quickly, so it may be impossible to change some orders.
All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. All orders will be shipped at prices in effect and/or quoted.
HIGOLD uniquely combines parts and components from all over the world. You can be assured that those items meet and exceed the high quality standards of HIGOLD.
HIGOLD reserves the right to make design changes or modifications and to discontinue products, finish colors, rope, wicker, tops, fabrics or styles without notice.
The RETAIL DISTRIBUTION POLICIES document which outlines brand & product representation, available sales tools, MAP guidelines, and general policy can be requested via email.
We shall invoice the Customer for each order shipped. No cash discount is permitted. When an order acknowledgment applies to a special promotional program authorized by HIGOLD, the terms of payment for that program shall supersede the payment terms in this paragraph.
Any claim for the defective merchandise or shortage shall be presented to the factory. HIGOLD’s applicable written warranty shall dictate necessary action to remedy the claim.
HIGOLD warranty is a limited warranty, and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase and photographs/digital images are required. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. This is a residential warranty and does not apply to commercial/hospitality use. Please refer to page 8 for our commercial warranty. Warranty does not apply to floor samples or “seconds.”
Changes to any order after it has been released for production are subject to a charge to be determined by us, but to be not less than $25.00 net. Some items are made to order and not cancellable. All changes to any order must be in writing. Additions to an in-house order must be handled as a separate order.
Cancellation of orders or any portion thereof will be allowed only upon our prior written consent and the payment of such cancellation charges as we may determine. Cancellation will not be accepted on goods which are being manufactured, or which are ready for shipment.
Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred at collection.
